Vites: done - now off to bed

Exercites: 20 min interval training on the treadmill, walking, jogging and running

B - Premier Protein shake

S - Trailmix (walnuts, dried cranberries and dark chocolate covered soy beans)

L - Greek lite and fit cherry yogurt and a cheese stick

S - Trailmix

D - Eating out with mom having a Cobb salad (egg, turkey, cheese and bacon with a little lettuce and thousand island dressing)

S - probably none
