Yes but I am out, and I can definitely tell the difference today. I need that 30 grams of protein and vitamins to get my day going for sure. I love the greek yogurt but it doesnt taste good first thing in the morning. BTW, I count that protein drink as part of my fluids. Is that okay? I still struggle with getting all my fluids sometimes.
I always count the fluids in my protein shakes and coffees towards daily totals and aim for over 64 oz a day.

By the way, what are nut thins? I love hummus and taziki (spelling?) and they are a healthy snack but need something to put it on. So far I have been allowing myself a few pita chips (3) or a few wheat thins (5) and only on an occasional basis. But really want to avoid that if possible because sometimes I dont feel wlll afterward and dont want to start letting too many carbs back in my diet.
They are made by Diamond, the almond folks. I like the pecan flavored. You can count out about 8 crackers and do pretty well carb wise.
