Beware, the pork chops in the slow cooker did not go well. The only way I will ever eat pork chops again is to tenderize them first, either by beating them to death or punching them full of holes. Then, I'll put a little gluten free baking mix on them as you wood preparing fried chicken. Lightly brown them on both sides in a frying pan with a little bacon grease, drain the grease and put chops back in the pan. Cover the chops with cream of mushroom soup that has been mixed with 1/3 of the can of 1/2 & 1/2 or water. Cover the pan and reduce the heat way down to simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes.  I gues I had forgotten that I can't do chops in a slow cooker without tenderizing. And the gravy came out too soupy and with little clumps of nasty cooked pork blood.

I'm going back to frying them and then simmering them for 30 minutes with the soup. Crock pot pork chops doesn't work. I felt like I had eaten a rock.
