Good day everyone,

Happy Monday -I can feel the excitement for a new work week 

Bites:

protein shake

greek yogurt

orange

egg salad sandwich - to much onion - nasty

few chips 

handful of nuts

sausage, perogies, and veggies - to much

small piece of cheescake

Vites: missed lunch

Exercites: none - worked from 7-530 then went back from 8-9 to help out it was so busy

so day off today and I have a bit of running around to do but going to try to take a aquasize class tonight

Bites:

D-turkey,gravy,stuffing, Maybe some potatoes
** I ate a lot but it stil lfelt like a tiny tummy day ????? ***

Vits all in

Exercites - Put up Christmas lights on my front bushes. It's been a long time
since I could do that on my own. Very happy with myself today.

D - one chicken tender and one cheese stick

S - not sure yet

Water: dropped my container when I got to work so only about 40 oz, will catch up before bed it is only 5:00 p.m.

Vites: Morning done, will do evening ones at bedtime

Fed both my cats the usual amount of food for their dinner. Hours later they both are acting like they've never eaten. The constant meows are starting to get to me.   They're just kitties, I am stronger. right????
