What dose of vitamins/ supplements do you take daily, and how do you schedule them?

I'm 7 years post-op and have been tweaking my vitamins to work with my labs all along. I have osteopenia, so that's why all the calcium doses throughout the morning. My vitamin A is high on my labs, so I don't take that, and my B6 is high so I don't take a B-complex.

5AM - (takes an hour of sipping the protein and taking pills a little at a time. I finish with the calcium at the very end)
protein coffee to wash them down: 6 mg copper, 400 mg potassium, 600 mg milk thistle, 200 mg CoQ10 (dry), 300 mcg vit K2, 1000 mcg vit K1, 1 multivitamin, 100 mg vitamin B1 (every other day), 3 mg boron, 500 mg magnesium citrate (dry), 600 mg calcium citrate, 500 mg vit C, 400 mg Vit E (dry), 5000 mcg sublingual vit B12 (every other day), and 1/2 a hormone replacement pill

7AM -
100 mg zinc

9AM -
600 mg calcium citrate, 500 mg magnesium citrate, 3 mg boron

10AM -
600 mg calcium citrate, 500 mg magnesium citrate, 3 mg boron

12PM -
600 mg calcium citrate, 500 mg magnesium citrate, 3 mg boron

1PM -
600 mg calcium citrate, 500 mg magnesium citrate, 3 mg boron

3PM -
(would be the time slot for iron but my labs were a little high and I skip this for now. Normally it would be 300 mg of carbonyl iron w/vit C)

6PM -
500 mg potassium, 600 mg milk thistle, 50,000 IUs vit D3 (dry), 300 mcg vit K2, 3 mg boron, 500 mg magnesium citrate (dry), 600 mg calcium citrate, and the other half of the hormone replacement pill

9PM -
1 tablet of Proferrin heme iron that contains folic acid

Do you mind if I ask why the boron?

What brand calcium do you take as well?  I just switched from Celebrate 500 to Upcal D, but I think I might switch back or keep looking...

Boron helps with calcium absorption, so I was advised to take it with each calcium dose. I take mostly Vitalady vitamins and minerals. She carries a lot of dry powder capsules that I like to use, and I'm sure of the quality and being the "right stuff"since she and her hubby take them too. The calcium citrate she carries is calcium citrate (only), an elemental calcium.

Hi Majormom

Can you please send me an email at [email protected]  I tried to send you a personal message, but I'm unable to.  I need to ask you something.

Thanks
Berta
