Hi guys,
Sorry I was MIA yesterday and thanks, Noreen, for posting Bites & Vites. My computer was running at max capacity trying to fight off multiple attacks but I think we finally beat back the rabble. Things are running smoothly, knock on wood, after installing a new virus protection program and deleting competing programs.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - leftover meat loaf and a protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - shrimp nuggets and chef salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Scoops w/cheese {sigh}

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing to work at the computer all day

Happy Thursday Everyone, Happy you back Gina, had us worried, and Noreen thanks for jumping in I kept an eye on the site all day, waiting to get on, this first thing is very important 

Bites:
Protein shake

Protein bar

1/2 a hamburger with 1 slice of bread

a bit of candy

few cookies

orange

tomato, cheese, bacon sandwich

mini bag of chips

and tiny bit of leftover cheese ball and a few crackers

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min aquasize -trying to get back on schedule,

- I think I am really struggling with this darn weather, super cold then warms up and back and forth, and dark by 5pm and then sun is back around 8am so lots of being in the dark

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi Gina,
Guess you didn't,t miss me last night after all.
I fell asleep EARLY and forgot.
Bad food/stomach day. Try not to have a pity party

S: nothing
L: piece of pizza (18 pizza.s at work)......whoops didn't work.
S: nothing
D: very small piece leftover quiche.
Will do another shake if I get hungry
