Hope she doesn't mind if I start this thread on her behalf.
Here is my damage for the day:

1/2 roast beef & cheese sandwich on rye
few chips
mini carrots
1/2 donut
double protein decaf coffee
Insides of 7 Chinese pork dumplings
beef teriyaki stick
the other 1/2 of the donut
double protein decaf coffee
Vites: last batch pending
Fluids: 100 oz.

I had a hard time getting in my protein today but eventually got it.
B-protein shake
S-beef sticks and cheese
L-Pulled chicken w/pineapple
S-chicken soup
D-Arby's montreal steak and mushroom (no bun)
S-I baked and sampled cookies today
Vits all in
No exercites today.

I came out low because the end of the chicken soup didn't have much chicken. :)

Bites:
oatmeal and 1 egg white
cheese ball and crackers
yogurt
1/2 cucumber
egg white, cheese slices from brick cheese, some canned ham
handful of nuts 1 1/2 hamburgers
4 cookies
some chocolate

Exercites: nothing

Thanks Noreen. I was in the middle of a life or death battle with a computer virus but I think I've beaten it. I had to uninstall Norton, load Kaspersky, which found the virus and killed it. The full system scan took forever. Keeping my fingers crossed the new virus protection works, this past week has been painful.
Happy now.
