Happy Saturday everyone, I wanted to go shopping yesterday, in Canada they put on a Black Friday sale at lots of stores, so I wanted to go to Toys R Us and get presents for the grandkids but I stayed home and relaxed Put up a few pictures so another box has been emptied, I found my Christmas cards, and started a new address book since mine got lost in the move. So had a great day with hubby.
Bites:

bacon, eggs, potatoes and 2 slices of toast
1 slice of pizza and a small piece of cinnamon pizza oh and 4 wings
sliver of pumpkin pie - hubby finished it last night

Exercites: nothing really
Stomach not well today, really rolling, rolling, rolling - kept me from overeating
Didn't do so good this week in the challenge with my friend for healthy eating, sorry Gina, my keeping on the straight and narrow didn't work out so good and in this last week I learned something about myself that will help me grow into a better person.

Thanksgiving day

L turkey with gravy few bites of peas and a few bites of sweet potato
S two small bites of key lime pie
D greek yogurt and cheese stick

Not great but not nearly as bad as it could of been.....showed a lot of restraint. Ate normal friday and weighed today.....gained two pounds. Ugh!
You did very well, no beating yourself up. Your body will get back on track, just keep doing the things you know you must.

Did one of my favorite things today. Stayed in my jammies all day. Did stuff around the house too. Put away Thanksgiving decorations. Started on Christmas decorations. Laundry. Sorted through old paperwork, and cleaned up some household files. Stuff like that .

We put Son#2 back on the road to Pittsburgh this morning and I did laundry until a little after noon. Hubby decided he was bored, so he put up the tree...{sigh} So much for relaxing.
Sounds like did the day right. Relaxed and productively piddled. : )
