iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
standing to work at the computer all day

Happy Tuesday, 

Bites: 

protein shake

few ribs a chicken finger and a few fries

6-8 cheezies

finished off a lunch size bag of chips I had started at work on Saturday

soup and crackers with a sandwich

bit of ice cream

popcorn

Vites all in

Exercites: none

Had upset stomach when I woke up and did lots of bathroom runs, then in the afternoon the same thing, so very careful eating yesterday, I think it was a bit of a bug because I was and hot and cold to. Today everything is running smoothly and I am praying for a good day.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Bites: (Planned)

B - Premier Protein shake

S - cheese stick

L - 2 chicken tenders

S -  Greek Yogurt

D - chicken tender and deviled egg

Water - 15 oz so far, planned 65 oz

Vites - forgot morning batch, will do evening ones when I get home

Feels good to be back on my normal eating schedule after the long holiday weekend, my tummy is back to normal too......it didnt like all the variations in food.

Had to fight the food urge today, I hate to be dieting at my age but reminding myself it's for health and feeling better.

Dieting never ends, does it?  My mom is in her 80s and she will still go low carb to get past holiday weight gain.

Ate way too many crapy carbs today. Was a bottomless pit. Still hungry.

1/2 small potato w/ lots of butter

small scoop of ice cream & 2 tiny cookies (1 1/2" round)

Mini Baby Ruth bar - found it in my coat pocket
