I haven't been writing down what I am eating I am trying to work off memory, but today I will start journaling again
Bites:
protein shake
omelet and some hashbrowns and 1 slice of toast (brunch with friend at restaurant)
couple pieces of pineapple
slice of pizza and 5 wings (left overs)
wings, potatoes, ribs - ate to much, very full ( hubby's Christmas Party)
Vites: all in
Exercites: walking, shopping
I am off to work, and it is super cold, so would rather stay home in bed

lol We're tracking...I let the oven do its self-clean thing and it was so hot we had to open windows to cool the house down.

Hah, I kept busy today so I too am going from memory. Luckily there wasn't a big variety.
B-Double protein shake
L-chicken w/mashed potatoes, beets and carrots
D-Turkey with stuffing, gravy, small portions of sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes
S- some chips
Vits - all in, I also set up my vitamins for the next 2 months. I just need to get some vitamin K to
finish month 2.
Exercites - Church, Christmas tree shopping (artificial), grocery shopping, untangling Christmas lights. :)
