Exercites: lots of house cleaning and curtain washing
Instead of going to the gym I had a nap, just finished working 6 days straight, I'm tired.

Snow blowed my sidewalk and cleared my porch. I think I pulled
something yesterday lifting my great-nephews up over my head.
