Happy post Thanksgiving.

I'm kind of amazed at how easy it was not to meet my protein goals.

I skipped everything except liquids in the morning so I could be sure of an afternoon without any
gas or bathroom issues.

Typical Thanksgiving dinner at my brothers.
L - Turkey, gravy, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, stuffing
S- pumpkin oie, a sugar cookie
D - A turkey leg
S - pumpkin pie and another cookie
S - A slice of some kind of egg dish with sausage. Kind of like a strada but I
don't think it had any bread.

Not perfect but not so bad either. Plenty of Turkey leftovers.
