Happy Monday everyone,this is my Sundays, Bites, vites and exercites; so fresh week today
Bites:
strawberry protein shake and 1/2 banana
sandwich
3 crackers with cheese
some grapes - were very good
corn chowder soup, then roast beef, potatoes, yorkshire pudding and gravy, chocolate cake (buffet)
cinnamon bun
ice cream bar
Vites: all in
Exercites: 45 trainer session, very sore this morning
I am going to the dentist after work today, I will be glad when that is done, I expect to take it easy tonight, so no exercite for me
and I was talking to my friend in Turkey and she is going to try to exercise this week and I said I would try to be better with my food, so should be a interesting week. I have to be good for 3-4 days and she has to exercise 3-4 days, does anyone else want in on this??

Would love to join in with Susan's quest to be good for 3-4 days, but with Thanksgiving in 2 days, well, sorry, turkey and cranberries won. Sorry Susan.

All I'm doing for 3 or 4 days is switching to heavy whipping cream in my protein coffees...seems to be working well. Try picking one thing to do better even with Thanksgiving coming.

Figure this week is a write off. Potluck tomorrow then Thursday's dinner. Last year I couldn't eat turkey at all....will see what this year brings

D: steak, few bites cranberry sauce, Adkins treat

E: just work and already in bed
As far as turkey, I make extra gravy, it's the only way.
