Hi guys,
The only saving grace was using heavy whipping cream in my protein coffees and the extra butter...malabsorbing those like crazy.

Bites: for Monday
greek yogurt
sandwich
2 fish sticks and some mac n cheese (leftovers)
apple and cheese
muffin (work brought in)
danish ( I bought at the store)
small bowl of ice cream

So today went well til about 2pm then it fall apart. I had a hungry day today, but even when I was full I still found myself eating, so this is not one of the 3-4 good eating days. - and since people are recording late in the day I may record again today for Tuesday's eating and be on track for daily bites. So as I sit here early Tuesday morning, I am planning on a better eating day.
Wish me luck - and we had our Thanksgiving a while ago, but I get wanting to have Turkey and all the fixins, ENJOY

Day didn't go as I had planned. Got sick after a few bites of breakfast then DD forgot to make cookies for our work potluck (she promised).
Came home early with a headache. Think I'll take a nap
B: few bites of bacon and sausage (whoops)
S: protein shake left over from breakfast
L: few bites of Mac and cheese, green bean casserole, pecan pie (wasn't worth it.....was hesitant to try any meats)
S: bacon and sausage leftover for breakfast
D: plan fish and salad

Exercites: not sure stomach not doing so well, can't go far from the bathroom

Too busy today to mess up a lot. It was my travel day and there was a new hire to start training. Good day for sure.
