Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - salad
L - protein shake (30g)
D - homemade veggie beef soup w/Saltines
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Straight and Narrow, boy that sounds good and it is my goal, but not so much today 

Bites
Strawberry protein shake

pudding

1 slice cucumber and one small carrot

chocolate shake

soup, crackers and sandwich

2 cookies

popcorn, about 2 cups

3 meatballs and some potatoes and cream corn

2 pieces dark chocolate

banana split - was really good DQ

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 min interval training

Dentist took and xray but cant do anything til Monday, though he did give me meds for infection

So tried to work on a plan to get back on track because if I don't it really doesn't make sense to track my food and exercise if I am just going to do whatever I want, my exercising is not consistent and my eating is still not going overly well. We have 5 weeks til Christmas and the desserts aren't even out yet and I can't afford to go crazy, my wt was down to 206 and I am up to 209 and frustrated. At least when I was exercising consistently my weight stabilized at 206 but without being consistent my numbers are going up. I always start my week on a Sunday but I did push myself to exercise on Friday so I  hope to make a go of it today to.

The weather, rained most of the day yesterday, froze last night, hubby driving me to work and we dispatch for 3 different tow truck companies so will be super busy today. Well wish me luck for today, folks and enjoy your Saturday

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

We get a lot of ice down here in the southern US and it is so much worse than snow. Be careful out there. Good luck getting your plan on track.

2 small slices of lobster pizza - only ate one of the crusts

garlic shrimp (took most of this home for snacking later)

leftover shrimp

double protein decaf coffee

Vites: last batch pending

fluids: 90+ oz.

Oh, yeah. You can make several meals and snacks from leftover Red Lobster. Yum!!!

Hi Gina,
Heavy rain all day. DD's car stolen last night. Ugh
Frustrated .......was down almost 10 and now up again, have been very strict on eating, hating the awful taste in my mouth and my net loss for 3 weeks is 2.


B: bacon, sausage , protein shake
S: custard fresh out of the oven..yum
L: 1/2c chicken and sausage gumbo, string cheese, 1 piece Adkins candy treat
S: cheese
D: shrimp scampi, salad, cranberry sauce

Hi All,  Not too bad on food but I baked chocolate chip cookies and didn't go off the deep end.
I gave away and froze most of them.

B-double protein shake
L-Beef and swiss smokeis
D- microwaved chicken strips
S- some tortilla chips
occasionally all afternoon - a cookie or 2 - maybe 8 total.

Vits all in

Exercites - Just picking up my bother and family at the airport and loading 
stuff to their house.  Tomorrow - Christmas lights??? I'm worried it will be one 
of the last days over freezing but I may chance it and wait.
