B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - cream of tomato soup
S - popcorn
D - pork chops w/cream of celery gravy and a salad
S - glass of wine
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
standing all day working

This is my day off today, woohoo Friday, I am back tomorrow and don't get another day off til next Friday, and today I am off to the dentist, I am having some teeth problems
BItes:
Strawberry shake
big cinnamon bun (will not do that again for a while)
buffet for lunch - 3 perogies, chicken strips, bit of potato salad, beets, 1/2 bun
frozen meal lasagna for supper
bowl of rice krispies
Vites: all in
Exercites: none, it has been a bad week exercise wise, I started strong then my toothache kind of took over, I will see my trainer this weekend

A little more active today.
B-double protein shake
L-fish and chips w/cole slaw - only a few fries but the fish was good.
S-cottage cheese
D- butterfly shrimp??
S-small bag of doritos
Exercites - used the snow blower on my front walk and shoveled my porch
vits-All in already. See waht happens when you start at 4am!!! :)

Fell asleep at 8 last night. Ugh. Short day today! I need to retire. LOL
B: bacon, sausage, protein shake
S: cheese, protein bar
L: clam chowder with extra cheese
S: nuts, cheese, protein bar (HUNGRY!!)
D: plan chicken and salad
V: one batch to go
F: ok
E: work, grocery shopping , BB game tonight
I hear you about the retirement. We should be able to semi-retire at age 50. All those in favor say "aye".
