Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - lunch w/granddaughter at school...I couldn't eat it...bad "food"...how can they feed kids this way?
2nd L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets and fresh tomato w/mayo
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

one egg, bacon and 1 slice toast with orange juice

couple graham wafers with pb and jelly on them

chicken noodle soup with crackers

banana

1 beer sausage with cheese

Exercites: none

nothing really interesting, late breakfast so mostly just snacked for the day

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

OMG, the food was hard to eat and I couldn't handle most of it. I remember when the school cafeterias actually made good food from scratch.
