So easy for me to fall off the reporting bandwagon. Here we go:
B- double protein shake ( I decided to up the protein while I'm healing from surgery)
S-Chobani yogurt
L-cottage cheese with sunflower seeds
S-beef soup
D-Popeyses fried chicken and cajun fries
S- fried chicken

vits - all in

Exercytes - just stretching
