B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - chef salad
S - popcorn
D - chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - peanuts

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

L - one chicken tender and cheese stick

S - greek yogurt light and fit cherry

D - leftover tri tip

I love reading what you all eat everyday, I am only five months out so I am still very boring.  I can't wait to add more variety when I get to goal.....hopefully by June (12 months) if not sooner.

Who had chicken parmesan on their menu? I would love that recipe.

Hi Gina,
Another killer, late day at work.
Adding sausage for breakfast (still can't cook it) and custard in the late afternoon has really helped my hunger

B: bacon, sausage, protein shake
L: chicken fajita meat, guac, pico and a few chips....lunch was brought in
(Tasted great but got sick)
S: custard
D: nothing so far.....not hungry

V: done
F: ok
E: work and heading to bed. Lol

1/2 cup of lentil soup - fingers crossed. This is the 1st time since my DS that I ate lentils.
