Happy Sunday, I am off to see my grandkids today, and then home for a nap for my graveyard shift tonight, looked a new exercise videos last night and found one I really liked so may try it today.
Bites:
B 1 strawberry shake
B 2 ham, eggs and a slice of toast
L grilled cheese sandwich
S small amount of chips
S apple
S small piece of dark chocolate
D 1 - 4 chicken strips
D 2 - hamburger from burger king and a milk shake

Good for you! I wonder if they have surveillance cameras where you work. I used to think the guys reviewing the tapes would get a kick out of me running stairs ever day. lol

Really cold, really bad roads and schools etc all closed tomorrow. We got about 3 inches. It's beautiful. I anticipate a bad drive to work tomorrow
Scale finally dropped.!!! Started this on 11/1 and down 5
B: bacon, protein shake
S: LC custard fresh out of the oven
L: quiche
S: cheese, protein bar, more cheese
D: roast beef, sliver of potato and a few slices of carrot

F: ok
E: laundry, housework, football and a short nap
