Be safe out there. I've seen the pictures coming out of Colorado and they look bad. 

I don't know why get all the breaks when it comes to losing weight, I hope there's a trade-off somewhere.

Took a mental health day today. Stayed in my Jammie's all day.  Felt good to do nothing.

Double protein decaf coffee

turkey bacon

cheddar cheese sticks 

almonds

leftover roast beef on 1 slice of rye toast

Animal crackers

few caramels

homemade chicken tenders

peas

few sponnfuls of au gratin potatoes

scoop of ice Cream

Double protein decaf coffee

Vites: missed an afternoon batch. All else in.

fluids: 100 oz

Daily Bites

11-13-14
Protein shake, protein bar, chicken nuggets, a few fries (most of them tossed out), 2 pieces SF candy, hamburger steak, fried okra, corn bread loaded with butter.  Drove to Nashville. Surpassed steps goal.
