B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - 1 Babybel cheese
D - pork chop in cream of mushroom soup gravy and green beans
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking 2 - 10 minute laps

We just booked another cruise for January !!!
Crazy I work day.

D: hamburger (just the meat), homemade cranberry sauce

V: missing the last one cause stomach not doing well

Thursday and it is snowing in Northeast Ohio. Not to worry my house smells like turkey. 
I remembered being envious of the people last year that got a couple of the .69/lb turkeys
and decided to do a couple, cook and freeze the meat. First one today.

B-double protein shake
L-Cottage Cheese with some Fritos for crunch
S-protein crunch bar
S2- meatloaf, mayo
D-Turkey
S-more turkey!!!!

That's a great idea, Pete!  We're waiting for the separate turkey thighs to come out at the grocery store, nobody likes the white meat around here.
