B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 Babybel cheeses
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - 2oz peanuts
D - chicken stir fry
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking 4 - 10 minute laps

1 beer sausage with some cut up brick cheese

2 chicken strips and some dry ribs with a bit of rice

strawberry protein shake

cheezies

2 pieces KFC chicken and some fries and gravy

1 ice cream treat

shortbread cookies and tea

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1 hour of a video

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Cold temps are headed this way but I don't think there's any ice or snow in the forecast. You guys be careful up there.

Hi Gina,
80 on Monday and 22 when I went to work this morning. Some snow predicted for the weekend.

Very stressed at work and I know I'm going to fight the eating urge.

B: bacon, protein shkes

S: baby bel cheese ( on the late drive home)
D: quiche with ham, bacon and onions, Adkins Carmel pecan cluster

Daily Bites

11-12 Bacon and cheese eggs, one chicken strip, Greek yogurt, grapes, rice snacks, Atkins meal, protein shake.    7700 steps daily goal goes up tomorrow.
