When I say I am a "Super Absorber" I mean my body absorbs extremely efficiently. How do I know? Easy question, because I have been living my entire adult life, around 40 years on about 6-7,000 calories per week and have been at my same weight, 350 lbs that whole time. I eat healthy most of the time and eat mostly animal protein and vegetables, few carbs. IF I go over 800-1000 calories or so a day, I WILL Gain weight. I also only poop 2-3 times per week, my body keeps everything, AND, I have a reasonably active lifestyle, walk at least two miles a day and workout some, not enough, but, I am not sedentary by any means.

I would suggest you consider the Single Loop DS (also called SADI-S) which leaves your common channel around 250cm. I had this done 2 weeks ago and I have no side effects so far, no gas, no foul smelling stools. I am also losing very steadily each day. Sometimes less is more with medical procedures. It might be worth a discussion with your doctor to understand the option.

I have a 200cm common channel and lost 144 pounds. I have kept around 130 off for over years. I think I may have less loose stools due to the longer common channel.
