B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - a few fries and bites of a kiddie burger
D - veggie beef soup
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
housework

Holiday here today, Remembrance Day today, I have to work but overtime pay is nice

Strawberry protein shake

small bag of chips
dry ribs and mac n cheese and some brown beans
ice cream treat

Exercites: none - couldn't go out because of gas and bathroom issues because of food intake, from the last couple days
