B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - homemade veggie beef soup
S - popcorn
D - shrimp nuggets and chef salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking 3 -10 minute laps

Well here we are at the beginning of a new work week, Happy Monday everyone,

Bites:

Strawberry protein shake with a yogurt

2 breakfast sausages, 1 egg and 1/2 slice of toast and a few potatoes

small bowl of chips with a diet pop

turkey supper (went to a dinner threater)

1 slice pizza (when I got home)

Vites: all in

Exercites: none - sore leg

Had a great time at dinner threater- Red neck Christmas 

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Feeling virtuous because I made it through another LC day and was less hungry!
