B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - ham
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - TBD
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping
evening batch: 
heme iron:

laundry and housework

Bites:

protein shake, 1/2 banana and a yogurt

egg salad sandwich

1 beer sausage and some brick cheese

egg noodles and homemade meatballs

lunch size bag of chips

jelly beans

granola bar

pear

ok still to much food but somewhat better, then the day before - not sure why I am struggling

Exercites: none

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Starting to get back on track. I had a fistulotomy on Thursday and while there isn't any real pain
just the constant irritation and drainage really seem to take it out of me.

B-Double protein shake
L-Ham salad, beef soup
S-bologna and cheese rolls along with a small bag of chips
D-Not quite sure - maybe Bostom Market chicken?

Hi Gina,

It's hard but on track today. I've been hungry....therefore the frequent snacks

B: bacon, protein shake
S: deviled egg
S: cheese, salami, olives
S: handful pecans
S: Protein coffee
S: handful pecans
D: plan BBQ pork ( no bun) and salad

V: finishing
F: ok
E: watching football, grocery shopping, housework

Daily Bites

11-8 Sausage, egg, protein bar, doughnut, protein bar, a few peanuts, chicken strips, coleslaw, Greek yogurt,  I need to eat something else before bed but I am completely exhausted. We did very well today. I am just completely out of shape. Obedience trial weekends are grueling. edited: tacos for supper
