S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - Laughing Cow Babybel cheese
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - bowl of white chicken chili
S - snack size popcorn
D - chicken tenders and a glass of wine
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
walking 4 - 10 minute laps

Happy Friday, yesterday was a big eating day and lots of stuff that was not good
Bites:
chocolate banana protein shake
1/3 cup cottage cheese
wonton soup and 2 spring rolls
cheezies
1 cup nuts
1 beer sausage and 8 cubes of brick cheese
soup and crackers ( way to many crackers)
14-16 jelly beans
1/2 a cucumber
mini chocolate bars (6) throughout the day
lots of diet pepsi ( close to 2 litres)
Stomach sick and bloated, lots of gas and discomfort
Vites: all in
Exercites: none today

I'm coming clean..........Mini cinnamon bun, 3"x3" piece of cake, mini butterfingers, cookie, scoop of ice cream, mini Milky Way, handful of Cheez Doodles,
My carb intake today was off the charts. I have realized that my menopausal mood swings don't help. Somehow I need to recognize when this happens, get a head of it, and stop the madness of out of control eating.
the bloating and gas should start any moment.....I deserve what happens next.
