Dr.Trotter which noone seems to think I should listen to me said I could sprinkle it on my food. If you have stopped shakes, add them back in to your daily intake. freshly made with unflavored WPI and your own flavoring from extracts will give you variety. I get the Watkins extracts from Walmart in flavors that I like - Rum, Coconut, Banana. I also use Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder for a rich dark chocolate shake. Also, work on building muscle by using weights and weight machines at the gym. That should add some bulk to your body, as muscle is heavier than fat.
