BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 coffees w/1/2&1/2
L - protein shake (30g)
S - snack size pop corn
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - chef salad
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking 3 - 10 minute laps

Protein shake

3 fish sticks, yam and broccoli and some potato salad ( yam and potato salad from my moms)

ice cream

1 stick beer sausage with some cut up brick cheese (snack for scrabble)

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min with trainer - a little sore today lol

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi Gina,

MIA last two nights. Tues fell asleep and last night basketball,
Got some labs results back today that I'm concerned about (called my doc and she's not).
PTH up to 107 (59 8 months ago)
Calcium. 9.2. Good
Vit D. 93. Great!

Doing some research at work with no good answer

Yeah, that's a big jump in 8 months, especially since your D3 and calcium are in good shape. Have you added vitamin K2?

Daily Bites

11-6 Banana  Simple salad with cheese and Ranch Small piece of fried chicken  Turnip greens Few bites banana pudding  Atkins shake  Slim Jims  A few grapes Chili with cheese and sour cream popcorn    Still not not walking but did dog training. Waiting for my Garmin Vivosmart to arrive. Will be busy at an obedience trial this weekend.
