MIA last two nights. Tues fell asleep and last night basketball,
Got some labs results back today that I'm concerned about (called my doc and she's not).
PTH up to 107 (59 8 months ago)
Calcium. 9.2. Good
Vit D. 93. Great!
Doing some research at work with no good answer

Yeah, that's a big jump in 8 months, especially since your D3 and calcium are in good shape. Have you added vitamin K2?

11-6 Banana Simple salad with cheese and Ranch Small piece of fried chicken Turnip greens Few bites banana pudding Atkins shake Slim Jims A few grapes Chili with cheese and sour cream popcorn Still not not walking but did dog training. Waiting for my Garmin Vivosmart to arrive. Will be busy at an obedience trial this weekend.I think as long as you're active while you're training, you're doing fine. Good luck this weekend. : )
