Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B - eggs and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - shrimp nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
housework

Happy Sunday, I slept in today, which was nice, but now I will miss church so that sucks, I feel so good when I go-it really encourages me

Bites:

2 chocolate protein shakes for breakfast - to much I was to full, I am going back to one

Denver on toast with a glass of milk

1 cup mixed nuts

2 pieces (small) fish, few fries and some peas

ice cream bar

then went to Dairy Queen and had a peanut buster parfait and a slushy - too full and sick to my stomach

I felt I did well most of the day 

Vite: all in

Exercites: day off

I found two shakes to much at one time, and a friend gave me her shake powder but it is soy based and not sure about that?? any comments???

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I wouldn't depend on soy protein but mixing it up a little couldn't hurt.

Woke up at 5:00 a.m. only to realize hours later that I forgot to set our clocks back. Yes, I am very tried. Won't have any trouble sleeping tonight.   

Double protein decaf coffee

4 slices turkey bacon

cheedar cheese stick

2 soft boiled eggs w/ a corn muffin & fried ham smooshed it

Double protein decaf coffee

almonds

Got into the leftover Halloween candy...not saying anymore about this (belech)

leftover strips of rib eye steak

Part of a baked sweet potato 

Double protein decaf coffee 

toppings off 2 slices of sausage & pepperoni pizza.  ate top crust from 1 slice

Popcorn

Hi Gina,

Small victories: no chocolate and no donuts at church! I've been pretty hungry all day, though

B: bacon, protein shake
S: almonds
L: cheese and crackers.
S: Apple
D: few bites of meatballs, mashed potatoes and green beans ( wasn't settling well so stopped)
