Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - leftover meat loaf and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream or a couple of pieces of Halloween candy with the grandbabies

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking

Happy Friday, and it is awesome to have folks tracking on here _ Welcome :)

Bites:

Protein shake I have increased it to  2 scoops and a total of 1 1/2 cups of liquids  3/4 mixed almond milk and 3/4 mixed water( to early to figure out the correct measurements lol I just got up)

potato soup, couple crackers and a ham sandwich

few chips

1 cup mixed nuts

1 cup chili with a ww bun with lots of butter

chocolate bar

last of the gummy candy I had

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 min interval training

Really blow it on candy at work in the evening, I was having a bingeing evening

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I had a binge kind of evening too.  I'm done with that.

Hi Gina,
I absolutely need, have to lose 20 lbs. . Had a routine doc appt. today.
Guess I have to go low carb
Don't have a lot of ideas for lunches.
I'll drop the muffin and cookies
I'm feeling pretty desperate

D: low carb chicken strips, salad

Gail. I've gound that my old skills are coming back after one month being back on track. The first couple of weeks were rough but it is easy now. My next step starts tomorrow. Exercise. We can do this together!

I don't have 20 to go but what I have to lose feels just an daunting. We have to do this! We will not lose control!

Happy Haloween !  My Haloween shirt fit perfect. It would NOT HAVE just one month ago.  Five years out.  It works if you work it (borrowed from AA).
