Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - meat loaf and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: skipping
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking

Happy Thursday Everyone, 

Bites:
1 protein shake with a hard dry day old muffin I made -used a  healthy recipe - so used lots of butter

2 protein shakes and I put a banana in it - use 1 scoop chocolate and 1 scoop peanut butter - trying to use some of the pb, not my favorite

taco - I used some of the hamburger stuff I prepped on the weekend, so it was homemade

turkey and cheese sandwich

finished off a bag off chips I had been working on for a week - my boss at a bowl of them to, so not all me

candy - they are like a gummy candy - they should be gone today, not enjoying them as much as I thought I would 

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min aquasize, and I worked super hard, feeling it today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Starting back here with you great DSers. I've been back on the wagon for the month of October after a very rough summer when I had a significant regain. I am adding exercise beginning Nov 1. I had hoped to loose the regain in 3 months but that now seems unrealistic. I don't weigh. I gained 3 sizes which I estimate is a 30 lb gain. I got labs done yesterday and when I get the results I will be asking for advice on that front. I will post my bites each night. I appreciate the support and any encouragement. And what say you about weighing v going by how my clothes fit?

I'm a numbers person, so I need to weigh to keep myself motivated.  YMMV and that's not a problem either.

fluids: a little low, maybe 70 oz.?

Hubby is patting himself on the back and gloating like crazy, he successfully hid the Halloween candy and I haven't gone looking. I'm sure I could find it if I looked but he's so cute.  lol
