S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 coffees w/1/2&1/2
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 2 Babybel cheeses and a bag for snack size popcorn
D - 1 cup of green beans and 5 shrimp nuggets
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending
EXERCITES:
walking 4 - 10 minute laps

Happy Tuesday and thanks for the well wishes on my stomach and back spasms, I get it bad about every two years but this time was sooner then that, my side is tender feels like the inside is bruised
Bites:
2 bowls of chicken noodle soup
ice cream
1 beer sausage and cheese slices
chicken ceaser salad
yogurt
nuts
I just finished another grave shift so I am now off for two days, WooHoo
Vites: missed bedtime dose
Exercites: nothing sore side

K guys I'm 2 weeks today. So I am nervous to eat and that I'm not getting what I need to in all at the same time. So any feedback would be great.
B- Protein Shake (40g protein) 1 multi vitamin 1 calcium 1 vit D3 50,000u
S- notta
L - sm can tuna with tsp of full fat mayo, 1 calcium
S - notta
D - may try to force a shake or just the syntek protien in a water for 20g more protein. No more vitamins afraid they push my tummy too much
Getting in 55 to 70 oz of water daily.
You're doing great. You only need to give your vitamins about an hour apart if you want to try them without food or shake. Just and thought but you really are doing fine at this point.

Good job! I still use a clip-on pedometer but could use an app for my smart phone since it goes everywhere with me.
