B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and chicken Caesar salad
S - a slice of birthday cake
D - chef salad
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry and babysitting

1/2 grilled cheese sandwich - restaurant

1/2 cup caramel popcorn

1/2 quesida

1/2 slice pizza

1 cup mixed nuts

2 stalks of celery with pb

lunch size bag of chips

2 mini chocolate bars

Vites: all in

Exercites: none day off - thank goodness -sore stomach muscles

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi Gina,
Feel better after getting on my scale this morning. Weight where I've been for the last year. Don't know about the doctor.s scale. So I can stop the panic but still need to lose a few

B: bacon, protein coffee
L: leftover LC chicken strips , protein shake
S: cheese and a few crackers. (Was so so hungry)
D: plan fish and salad

V: almost done
F: ok
E: watching football, housework, nap

Had to work today. Rainy cold weather kept the office quiet.. Got a lot accomplished.

cheddar cheese sticks

11-1 Carb Smart Ice Cream Bar Greek Yogurt  Atkins Bar Bacon RTD shake Pizza  Too much crust didn't even taste good. Dumb.

Hi.. been so long.. can send me the link for what vitamins we are supposed to be taking. . Moved away from previous doctors and new internist is unfamiliar. .. labs not as bad as I feel.. Vitamin D levels are low and iron is so low that Iron infusions r probably what will be recommended when I go see the specialist. My iron has never gotten within therapeutic range even before the surgery. . I am five years out.. Thanks so much..
