Feel better after getting on my scale this morning. Weight where I've been for the last year. Don't know about the doctor.s scale. So I can stop the panic but still need to lose a few

Hi.. been so long.. can send me the link for what vitamins we are supposed to be taking. . Moved away from previous doctors and new internist is unfamiliar. .. labs not as bad as I feel.. Vitamin D levels are low and iron is so low that Iron infusions r probably what will be recommended when I go see the specialist. My iron has never gotten within therapeutic range even before the surgery. . I am five years out.. Thanks so much..
