An Apology

OH Friends and Family:

I owe you  *way* more than one.

Over the past several days, you were witnesses to my complete meltdown, after I learned that I had "aged out" of the Voc-Rehab program in my

state, that paid for books and tuition for those who were college bound.  Add to that the fact that I qualify for pretty much nothing in terms of

services, because I had a well-paying career prior to becoming disabled.  At least, that's the way my state works now, and you have the

ingredients for said meltdown.

I will be refilling my tranqulizers today.  They're beginning to help.

We all face meltdown at some point in our lives. It's just good you had somewhere to vent.
No apology necessary.....

No apology needed! Just keep fighting the good fight. You never know when an opportunity will come into your life.

Thanks, Larra.

Trying to hang on.  It just seems so unfair when all I want to do is help people, and give them the correct nutritional information about the DS.

We have *way* too many nutritional calamities among us!  Michelle does a great job with

supplements, but I want to get into the nutrition, in a more hands-on medical sense.  Too many

people are still being counseled to eat like RNYs, low fat/fat-free.
