Happy Monday Everyone,

I worked all night so just getting up. Had a bad night around 9pm I started getting stomach and back spasms that lasted til just before 4 am - so couldn't move or do much. It made for a tough night, after it was over it was full recovery, I sipped some water through the night and at about 6am I tried some crackers and cheese and it was ok - so I lived to tell the story.

Yesterdays Bites:
new soy shake - not to sure - right after stomach pain

1/2 cup oatmeal and 1 slice toast and 1 boiled egg white with a glass of orange juice

1 stick beer sausage and some cheese

1/2 cup rice, sausage and broccoli

6 licorise

tried another protein shake

banana

10 jelly beans

then the pain started

Hubby brought me a tea, but I was wanting to throw up so nothing was going down.

Vites: all in

Excerites: 20 min dvd - was to hard even for me lol

Susan

I am experimenting with using heavy whipping cream in my protein coffees again. Milk & 1/2&1/2 are still a no go, but HWC is, so far, ok. I haven't tried it in the a.m. coffee, too afraid of bloating, but p.m. is good. It's delish and sooo good.

double protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese sticks

double protein decaf coffee

Chicken cobb salad

few Fritos

Handful of animal crackers

Double protein decaf coffee w/ heavy whipping cream

 Vites: all in

Hi Gina,
No muffin today but got so hungry I felt faint and literally hurt. I need something to eat mid morning but don't have many ideas. The cheese today didn't work.
Eat breakfast about 5:30 and lunch around 1. Plus I have to deal with my temperamental stomach. Ideas?

B: shake. Bacon
S: string cheese
L: salad with added bacon, cheese, egg, ham
S: protein bar
D: few bites of steak

V: done
E: work
F: ok

Ideas...jerky, almonds or other kinds of nuts, Laughing Cow Babybel cheese, cup of SF pudding. The protein bar was a good idea too.

Fistulotomy scheduled for Thursday. I always find it harder to track when I am in
anticipation mode. Not to mention the urge to give myself a break and have some carbs
because of the "woe is me" attitude. Luckily that doesn't last.

B-protein shake
S-yogurt and protein chips
L-beef stew
S-Sweet potato chips
D-Beef and gravy
S-2 protein bars

Vites all in.
