BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - another Greek yogurt
L - bowl of chili
S - popcorn
D - stir fry chicken w/bok choy and bamboo shoots
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
light housework

We just downsized 3 bd house to a 2 bd apt, it takes some getting use to, it has been 6 weeks but so far so good, not quite sure what to do with some of the boxes yet that are still full, we have ran out of space

Bites:

protein shake 

1/2 chicken breast, ww pasta, and peas

pudding

a few candies and cheezies

Vites: all in

Exercites: 30 min interval training in my building gym

Hi Gina, we are just renting, our goal is to get into senior housing but the waiting lists here ar 7-10 years, so we are putting our names in and now we have to wait, but we are debt-free and have made some investments and that feels good

Hi all. Back on the bandwagon.

B-protein shake
S-yogurt, protein chips, pepperoni
L-corned beef hash
S-2 protein crunch bar
D- wendys chicken nuggets, chilli, baked potato with sour cream and chives
S-protein chips

I feel like I ate too much bot I am happy with the choices.

I have a beef roast defrosting for tomorrow.   Yay me.  :)

Vites - all in. Back on my regular vits after stopping some for a colonoscopy.
