Fell asleep before posting last night.
DH and I visited a retirement community today, just looking at options
Feeling very fat these days. Wi**** was as easy as cutting back the carbs
B: bacon, protein shake
L: tilapia, asparagus, 2 bites of frozen yogurt (buffet at the retirement community)
S: 3 mini Hershey bars
D: steak, salad
V: done
F: ok
E: none
We're starting to think about selling the house and downsizing too. Gov't contracting is just too risky these days.
