2nd B - an egg and a few slices of bacon
S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
S - small hand full of pretzels
D - bowl of chili
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Bites:
2 chocolate mocha protein shakes
eggs, bologna, and a few potato slices and a slice of toast
strawberry protein shake
Chinese food leftovers ( mainly some noodles so had that with a slice of meatloaf)
yogurt and 1/2 a bagel with cream cheese

Exercites: none
Did lots of grocery shopping and made some chili and taco salad beef, and some meatballs, so I have a good meat start for the start of the week I am now going to do some chicken breasts for quesadias for this week to- so prep work is under way for the week - I work two graveyard shifts and three 3-11, so I will need food for suppers at work

Ate way too much this weekend.

E: laundry, housework and we finished the deck....90 again today but cooler weather coming later this week
It's called VSL#3 DS (double strength). It comes in a packet of 900 billion bugs. You have to experiment to see what your sweet spot is. Mine is 2 - 1/2 teaspoon doses a day. Others are taking the whole packet or maybe 1/2. I had to sit with my surgeon's partner and bargain with him to prescribe it since they hadn't heard of it before.
