Me too. Maybe if we do a few days of liquids only to get us started.

Me three. I'm thinking about doing 2-3 days of primarily shakes.

Yesterday was an all day eating event at work.....predictably no break for a 10 hour clinic and everyone brought snack food and pizza. Tasted so good but paid a big time price of bloating, gas and assorted GI issues

B: bacon, protein shake
L: tomato basil soup, 1/2 cheese sandwich
S: movie popcorn
D: hotdogs

V: done
F: ok
E: haha

The more, the merrier!
Since you were on here last I've switched to a mega probiotic that's doing wonders for me. I'm on DSL#3 DS and I've been able to come off the fish zole/Flagyl completely. I was thinking it might help you some. It's a powder and you just sprinkle a little in a cool shake, put it in yogurt or even sprinkle it over a salad before you add the dressing. I only use 1/2 teaspoon twice a day. Just a thought if you think you can get your doc to prescribe it. It does come in OTC capsules but I'm doing better on the powder.

How long have you been taking it?
Any side effects when you started?

Are you doing anything else different ?

I have a routine PCP appt next week
