Exercites: day off, body is sore. - but my exercites for the week were, 2 -45 min aquasize 2 - 30 min cardio dvd's and 1- 30 min weight training and 1 hour with my  trainer.

So for my first week into exercise it went pretty good, my eating has been aweful, I don't know if it looks as bad a I feel about it (Gina?) but I have been doing a lot of eating when I have not been hungry this week- weird!! My Weight is also up but it can be many reasons, I think its the food but it could just be water weight. I want to lose 10lbs so I can at least get on the plastics referral list, by my ninth year anniversary of the surgery, which is in November. So I have a goal, I have three weeks to get the scale moving in the right direction. Ok thats is, thanks for listening to my little rant.

Chat again tomorrow, folks - have a great day

Susan

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

You're doing fine. Sometimes you just need a little time to prepare to really buckle down to lose the carbs. Let's aim for Monday to get down to business.

L: leftover Chinese pork and cabbage rolls
S: Apple
D: dinner is out very late for us....not sure what I'll pick because my stomach generally doesn't tolerate late evening eating

Happy B-Day to Hubby.

You did great today--no candy.  Yeah, I shouldn't pick on you about the candy, you manage just fine with a piece here and there but not going overboard.
