BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 deviled eggs
L - protein shake (30g), a Babybel cheese and 3 oz of ham
S - peanuts
D - pork chop w/cream of mushroom soup gravy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking

Happy Monday, 

my bites are from yesterday morning to this morning so my record is for 24 hours

Bites:

2 protein shakes

1 egg, 3 slices bacon, a scoop of potatoes and a slice of toast

few chips

sandwich

ice cream

12am - 8am Monday 

taco salad

apple and cheese

protein shake

Vites: all in

Exercites: 25 min cardio dvd

Feeling good but I am ready for bed.

                               

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

No bites today. All liquids for colonoscopy tomorrow. It should be a good day for a weigh in.  
Not so hard today to keep from eating. As a prep I did just protein shakes yesterday maybe that is making
today a little easier.

Had the day off since I am working this Saturday. Ran errands. Got my flu shot. Bought the Halloween candy for the kiddies. Oh Lord, help me stay strong and not eat it all before Friday.
