Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and a salad
S - popcorn
D - shrimp nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking

Happy Thursday everyone, it is so nice to see people posting, welcome so some and welcome back to others.

Bites: 

mocha protein shake

cottage cheese mixed with a bit of bran

nuts

meat and cheese

small bag of chips

protein shake

protein bar

shrimp, veggies and rice with milk

cheezies and a diet pop

ice cream

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min with trainer, she kicked my butt lol was great to see her again

PS I have been having to much food the last couple days, I am going to try to eat a little less today and see if I can get the scale moving in the right direction, I'm not happy at the moment.

Wish me luck in cutting back for a few days

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I was eating too much last week. I'm with you this week and next on reducing the amount of food and munchies.

Happy Thursday folks.

B-grape protein shake
S- greek yogurt and jerky
L-Cottage cheese and jerky
S-double chocolate protein shake
D- broiled steak (planned) probably with Spinach
S- ?? Going to the store later we'll see if something jumps out at me.
Probably crackers and cream cheese though.

Vits - all in - early today.

Exercites - out shopping for clothes today. Lately that counts as exercise.  :)

1/2 of a grilled BLT on pumpernickel 

few chips

carrots

animal crackers

almonds

3 chicken strips

 Tomato  soup

homemade S'more

Double protein coffee

fluids: 100+ oz.

Love Trader Joes. Don't be deceived, the S'more had a nice chunk of Hershey bar on it.  (Yikes!)
