Dreary Wednesday here in the Buckeye state.

B - Chocolate Mint protein shake
S - Greek yogurt and pepperoni
L - Chicken and gravy
S- Power crunch protein bar
D- Leftover ribs from the freezer
S- Provolone cheese

Vites all in. I've stopped iron before a colonoscopy and I'm amazed at how much easier it makes my day go by
with my vites. I'm sure it is just a mind thing that 1 les dose for a couple of days doesn't really make that much
difference but I'll take the good feeling while it lasts.

Cheers,

Pete

Yeah, iron is a weakling and a PITA...a total spoiled brat kind of vitamin.
