B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - ham
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
S - 4 fish nuggets
D - salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

spag and meat sauce

peanuts and a pop

hot hamburger and mashed potatoes and corn, pudding

4 cookies with tea

Vites: all in

Exercites: 45 min aquasize

Really was a good day.

Hi Gina,

Feels better to get to the routine of posting, was also looking at the proboards. It's been a long time.

Had my last t post op check for my eyes. Vision great and no glasses after 30-40 years

D: a little bit of chicken pie

Still doing OK but I just had to pickup a small bag of frito twists at the checkout in the drug store. SIghhhhhh.

I wish they had little snack bags of beef jerky at the check-out instead of carby crap.
