BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - coffee and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - ham & cheese
L - protein shake (30g) and a salad
S - popcorn
D - leftover Chinese
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - glass of wine

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

When I look at the list it doesn't seem that big but I sure feel full. I'm happy with that.

Happy Friday TGIF. I am back from the spa and had a wonderful time

Bites:

protein shake

small serving of ribs and fries

donut

cheezies small portion

salmon and rice with carrots

donut - stopped at a bakery lol they were just soo good, but did not stop on the way home, though did think about it

Vites: all in

Exercites: playing in a sal****er pool for an hour

I am feeling so much better and less stressed, funny how you have to force yourself to take some personal time.

Sitting in a hotel room 2 1/2 hrs from home. Meeting up with family for the weekend.
