Happy Friday TGIF. I am back from the spa and had a wonderful time
Bites:
protein shake
small serving of ribs and fries
donut
cheezies small portion
salmon and rice with carrots
donut - stopped at a bakery lol they were just soo good, but did not stop on the way home, though did think about it
Vites: all in
Exercites: playing in a sal****er pool for an hour
I am feeling so much better and less stressed, funny how you have to force yourself to take some personal time.
