BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 
L - protein shake (30g) and ham&cheese
S - popcorn
D - meat loaf, green beans and mashed cauliflower
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - peanuts

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Well I just finished my third night shift, Woo Hoo, I am off til Saturday -day shift 

Bites:

eggs and slice of toast

ice cream

pudding 

slice of toast

pizza

protein shake

Vites: all in

Exercites: maybe when I get up later in the afternoon, right now off for a nap

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Gina, I just want to say thanks. Thanks for always being there.  For starting this thread every single day. Thanks for the great vitamin advise, and thanks for the support and encouraging words after each post.
