B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 
L - protein shake (30g)
S - buttered popcorn
D - shrimp nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

Bites:  this is from midnight Oct 12th to midnight of 13th

turkey dinner - pie included lol

Exercites: none

So had a bit of rest on Monday then went out of town to sons for family Thanksgiving, then back home to bed then to work

one more graveyard to go yet then off til Saturday

Mini Twix, butterfinger, Mary Jane - 1 each

small piece of cake with 3 spoonfuls of ice cream

vanilla bean torte protein shake
