Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B - bacon and eggs
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - pot roast, mashed cauliflower and a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: skipping

EXERCITES:
none

Well it is Sunday already, where does the time go, 

Bites:

protein shake

Mcdonalds breakfast sandwich and potato with orange juice

fish and potatoes with corn

caramel popcorn - scrabble with hubby after work

sausage with perogies and yellow beans

chips

pudding

Vites: all in

Exercites: 10 min on the treadmill- trying out the gym at the new apt and it seems ok, made hubby come with me til I feel comfortable

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

You can eat potatoes? I can't eat more than a spoonful or 2, or 5 fries...too dense.

2 soft boiled eggs w/ fried Ham & well buttered toast all smooshed together

Another Double protein decaf  coffee

Early dinner at local steakhouse 

Flat iron steak

cheesy mushrooms

part of a sweet potato 

Blue cheese lettuce wedge w/ bacon

Double protein decaf iced coffee

small slice of cake
